IPTV means Internet Protocol Television: television delivered as data over an internet connection instead of through coaxial cable, fibre TV hardware or a satellite dish. IPTVKemo streams live channels and on-demand titles straight to the IBO Player app on your device, so there is no receiver to rent and nothing to install on your roof.

All of them. Live television, video on demand, near video on demand, time-shifted TV and TV on demand (TVoD) are part of every IPTVKemo plan. You can watch a game as it happens, restart a programme that started earlier, or ignore live TV entirely and browse 35,000 on-demand titles.

Traditional broadcasting converts programmes into radio waves that a rooftop antenna picks up and your television decodes. IPTV replaces that chain with data packets: our streaming servers send encoded video over the internet, the IBO Player app reassembles it in real time, and the picture appears on screen. The practical result is far more channels and no physical infrastructure.

More than 16,000 live channels plus over 35,000 movies, series and box sets on demand. Every plan carries the identical library — there are no packages to bolt on and no premium tier. The full breakdown is on the channels page.

One. Each IPTVKemo subscription authorises a single device and a single connection. This is a deliberate engineering choice: uncapped concurrent streaming is the main reason cheap IPTV services buffer at peak times. If you need a second television, add a second subscription.

IBO Player, exclusively. We do not support any other player. Concentrating on one application is what lets our support desk diagnose a problem from a single screenshot instead of asking twenty questions.

The app itself is sold by its developer. After a short five-day evaluation window a one-off licence is required — around 5 euros for a year or 10 euros for lifetime. That fee goes to IBODEV and is completely separate from your IPTVKemo subscription.

About 15 Mbps sustained for Full HD and 25 Mbps for 4K content. Wired ethernet always beats Wi-Fi on a smart TV, and a 5 GHz band beats 2.4 GHz if you cannot run a cable. Most Canadian home plans are comfortably above these numbers.

The same day, every day, including weekends and holidays. Most orders are live within minutes of payment being confirmed, and your credentials arrive by both email and WhatsApp.

Every price quoted on this site is CAD and it is the figure you pay. After you submit the order form a support agent sends a secure payment link with the exact total. We never store card details.

Never. Plans run for the term you paid for and then stop. There is no card on file, no silent renewal and nothing to cancel. When you want to continue, you top the line up.

Once an account is activated all sales are final, because the service is delivered instantly. Two exceptions apply: a verified outage on our side lasting more than 72 consecutive hours qualifies for a pro-rata credit, and a duplicate charge is refunded in full. The refund policy sets out the process.

Because the only honest way to judge an IPTV provider is to live with it. The introductory month is the complete service at a low entry price, with no auto-renewal behind it. If it suits your household you move to a longer term; if not, nothing happens.

Yes — national networks, regional feeds, Quebec francophone channels and Canadian sports all sit at the top of the grid, alongside American networks and locals. We also carry more than 50 other countries for households that watch beyond Canada.

Tell us which one. Broadcasters restructure feeds constantly and our operations team replaces failing sources rather than leaving dead entries in the list. Before opening a ticket, try switching the player engine in IBO Player settings and clearing the app cache — that resolves a surprising share of reports.

Not for the service to function. Some Canadian subscribers use one for general privacy reasons, which is entirely their choice. If you do run a VPN, pick a server close to you: routing your stream through another continent adds latency and can cause the stutter you were trying to avoid.

Yes. Ask us to remove them from your line entirely, or use Parental Control in IBO Player to PIN-lock them. Manage Categories also lets you hide any country group you never watch, which makes the whole grid easier to navigate.

We do. Credit-based panel access lets you create and manage your own customers with margins worth the effort. Details and the application form are on the reseller page.

Ask before you buy

We would rather answer a specific question about a specific channel than take an order that disappoints. Send your details and the desk will come back to you with a straight answer — and the CA$10.99 introductory link if you want it.
